How does the Deal Score actually calculate what's a bargain versus overpriced, especially across neighborhoods where prices can vary so much?
@sinanclqf The Deal Score compares each listing against the average price in its specific neighborhood, not the city average. A flat in Salamanca is only compared to other flats in Salamanca, one in Lavapiés only against Lavapiés. This keeps the score fair regardless of the overall price level of the area. It also normalizes by price per m² and factors in recent price drops. The result is a 0-100 score — above 85 is a bargain, above 70 is good value.
