Flarewise logs a hot flash in 3 seconds — one tap, timestamped, no forms. The pattern engine finds what's driving your symptoms (with sample sizes, not guesses). When your doctor says "it's just aging," hand them the PDF. Every symptom, unlimited times a day. Hot flash, night sweat, brain fog, mood, sleep — tap and done. Local-first: everything stays on your device. No account. No server. No data sale. 7-day free trial. Core logging free forever.

Hi Product Hunt — I'm the maker behind TenderLab, and this one is personal.
I built Flarewise because every menopause tracker I tried had the same problem: by the time I'd navigated the sign-up screen and answered the intake questionnaire, the hot flash was already over. The whole point of tracking is capturing symptoms in the moment. A three-second tap isn't a feature — it's the only way this actually works.
The second thing that broke my heart was watching women go into ten-minute doctor appointments and say "it's been bad lately" — and get brushed off. Flarewise turns your logs into a clinical-style PDF: frequency, severity, trends, HRT timeline. Not because we're a medical device (we're not — always talk to your clinician), but because data changes a conversation that dismissal can't.
A few things we deliberately did differently: the pattern engine always shows sample size and confidence, so it never overclaims. And the whole thing runs local-first — no account, no server, no data sale. After the period-app data scandals, I didn't think women should have to choose between insight and privacy.
We're live on App Store and Google Play today. I'd genuinely love your feedback — on the log speed, the PDF, anything that feels wrong. Hunting your own product is terrifying; honest comments are the whole point.
