Practice flamenco with real recordings instead of a click. Every few compases, an instrument rounds things off with a recorded fill that comes in on its own, like playing with other people. Build your own mix of cajón, palmas, castanets and more, or play the whole accompaniment. Start slow and the tempo rises by itself to your target. See the compás as a clock or in a line. Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. Free to try, one purchase, no subscription.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Luis. I teach flamenco guitar and run the YouTube channel Aprendiendo a Ser Guitarrista, and I built Flamenco Metronome to practice with the real compás underneath instead of a click.
In flamenco the compás is more than a beat: bulerías have 12 beats with the accents in specific places, and you feel them by playing along with palmas and cajón. So the app plays real recordings, and a wheel turns with the audio and marks the accents of each palo.
What it does while you play:
Fills that come in on their own: every few compases, one instrument rounds things off with a recorded fill while the others carry on, like playing with other people.
A tempo that rises by itself: start slow and it climbs every few compases up to your target, so you only have to play.
Clock or line: see the compás as a clock or in a line, whichever suits the way you learn.
It's free to try: the trial plays 1 minute of compás, then pauses for 1, with everything else available. The full version is a single purchase with no subscription.
I'd love to hear from other musicians: how do you count bulerías, in 12 or in 6?
