Built this after getting frustrated that every PDF tool online uploads your files to their servers — even for a simple merge or compress. SmallPDF, ILovePDF, Adobe online — they all do it. WebAssembly now makes 100% local processing genuinely fast. FixIt runs pdf-lib and other WASM engines directly in your browser tab. The Arabic PDF-to-Word tool was the hardest part — 16 debugging iterations to get RTL text, Arabic character reshaping, and the Bidi algorithm working correctly. It's the only privacy-first tool I know of that handles Arabic PDFs properly. Would love feedback on what tools you'd want next!
