Why We Built This Originally developed for a hackathon, FitCheck AI addresses the gap in accessible, AI-powered personal styling. Most people struggle with outfit choices and lack access to professional styling advice. What's New and Unique Privacy-First Architecture: All image processing happens entirely in memory (backend/server.py) - no images are stored on disk, ensuring complete user privacy and security. Editable AI Prompts: Unlike static AI feedback, users can customize enhancement suggestions before generating edited images, giving them creative control over the styling process. Multi-Modal AI Integration: Combines three specialized AI models: - Gemini 1.5 Flash for outfit analysis - Kontext (Flux 1.1) for image editing - Chatterbox for voice feedback Real-Time Processing: Comprehensive styling feedback (analysis, visual edits, voice commentary) delivered in a single seamless workflow. Most Proud Of The security and privacy implementation - achieving full AI-powered image analysis without any file persistence is technically challenging but crucial for user trust. The comprehensive error logging and robust deployment architecture also ensure reliability at scale. The user experience flow from upload to multi-modal feedback represents a complete styling consultation compressed into minutes rather than hours.
