I built it because I could not find the flashcard app I wanted. I needed something simple that does two things well: it lets me hear how a word is pronounced, and it makes creating my own flashcards quick instead of a chore. Most apps I tried were either too heavy, or they made adding your own words slow enough that I stopped doing it.

So FishkApp is deliberately small:

- Ready-made decks for French, English, Italian and Polish, with example sentences and pronunciation.

- Your own sets, created in a few seconds. You can paste a list, import a file, or type a topic and let AI generate a set for you.

- Spaced repetition (FSRS), so the app shows each card when you are about to forget it.

- It installs from the browser, no app store. Open it on your phone and add it to the home screen.

It is free, and what you learn stays with your account.
