FiscalNote promises to be a useful analytics tool that allows any kind of organization to monitor new regulations and proposed bills that might affect their industry. Having experienced the legislative process in Mexico, I can imagine a tool like this would be very helpful to anticipate government impact and plan accordingly.

FiscalNote is a data and analytics platform for using public data — things like pending laws, rules, and regulations — to better manage risk. It’s designed to make discovering, interpreting, and proactively responding to all types of government action easier and more effective. We collect this data in real-time, and present it to users through dedicated applications built for specific workflows like tracking legislation, or researching regulations. FiscalNote's applications are much more than simple search engines, however -- each one includes specialized natural language processing and predictive analytics so they don’t just have public data… they actually understand it, and can help organizations decide how and when to best respond to it.
