FireEvents was the result of the 9-week Le Wagon Coding Bootcamp in Bali, Indonesia. I moved there not knowing anyone or anything about the area, and was looking for a fun area in Bali to stay. I wanted to make sure I stayed in an area that would appeal to me, and ideally to be surrounded by likeminded people. I usually turn to Facebook Events to discover where the best events and venues are that are to my tastes, however without a map function, this can be very difficult and time-consuming to pinpoint an area to go. Therefore, FireEvents was born! FireEvents makes it easy to find new locations that match to your preferences - you can instantly see the hotspots that you should be checking out.
