Why does coffee keep you awake? What does vitamin D have to do with your bones? And why can a day of thinking leave you exhausted?
Hi Product Hunt, I’m the maker of Finuwell.
I built Finuwell for people who want to understand the reasons behind nutrition and health advice. Nutrition is the starting point. From there, you can explore how it connects to food, organs, metabolism, sleep, movement, and different stages of life.
Here’s what you can do:
Explore the connections. Move through the Nutrition and Body Worlds, choose a topic, and see how it relates to what you already know.
Start simple, then go deeper. Read a clear takeaway, follow the chapters, and use interactive visuals to understand what happens inside the body.
Check the evidence. Open the cited research, look into common health claims, and see where the evidence has limits.
Ask as you read. The assistant draws on Finuwell’s content and points you toward relevant explanations and sources.
Relate it to everyday life. An optional health questionnaire offers general recommendations and explains the reasoning behind them.
My hope is that you leave with a better understanding of something you eat, something you do, or something happening in your body.
Finuwell is available in English and Chinese. The knowledge is free to read, with no account needed.
Try starting with coffee or vitamin D, then follow whatever catches your curiosity. I’d love to hear what clicks for you and what still needs a clearer explanation.
What’s one thing about your body you’ve always wanted explained?
