Which countries or customs systems are you targeting first, and how configurable are the templates?
@thamibenjelloun We are targeting Georgia first, because our initial product is being built around local finance, accounting, tax and compliance workflows. The first systems we are focusing on are Georgia's revenue service platform, RS.ge, and customs-related workflows connected to ASYCUDA world. This gives us a focused starting market where we understand the regulatory environment, user behavior, and manual pain points
After validating the product in Georgia, we plan to expand to nearby similar markets where SMEs, accountants, importers and customs brokers face comparable document heavy compliance workflows. like Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Tajikistan, etc.
The templates will be highly configurable. Users will be able to adjust document types, required fields, validation rules, report formats, declaration formats, languages, currencies, tax fields, and approval workflows. This allows Finsort to start with Georgia-specific templates while later adapting the same platform to other countries and customs or tax systems without rebuilding the product from scratch.
