A shared inbox view where the AI employees' drafts, customer replies, and internal notes all live together would be huge. Right now it sounds like each worker handles its own slice, but my small team usually needs to see the full thread before approving anything.

Honestly love that you skipped the prompt engineering nonsense. The shared memory piece is the move here, basically turning each AI employee into something that actually learns your business over time.
