Two reasons:
1. Your files and signatures are hosted, owned, and controlled by vendors. If they get breached, your sensitive files could land in the hands of bad actors. If they disappear, your proof disappears.
2. For most of us, signing a contract is just the start of the headache; the invoicing, the follow-ups, and the delays. Filosign unifies the agreement and the settlement. A signature on Filosign is an on-chain transaction, users can attach incentives (say USDT) directly to a recipient. You sign, you get paid within seconds. Simple.
