Hi Product Hunt! 👋 We’re the makers of FillApp, and we’re excited (and a bit nervous!) to launch it here. We built FillApp after experiencing firsthand the pain of filling out the same information on countless forms. Whether it was job applications, onboarding documents, or posting job listings for our team, we kept thinking: there has to be a better way!
With FillApp, our goal is to give everyone a superpower for form-filling. Here’s what makes it special:

Why we built it: We believe that no one should waste precious time on mind-numbing tasks like filling out name, address, and the same answers over and over. Personally, after manually completing one too many multi-page forms, we set out to automate the process using the latest AI tech. Our mantra became “Paste your info. Click once. Done.” – and we’re happy to say FillApp delivers exactly that. It feels almost like magic the first time you use it!

I’ve been using FillApp since the early alpha and it quickly became part of my daily workflow.
After customer calls, I drop the transcript or notes into it, and it fills out our CRM forms with all the key details, call summaries, feature requests, and pain points. What used to take 10–15 mins per call now takes 1–2. It’s insanely helpful if you do any kind of post-call data entry. Can’t imagine going back. Huge time-saver.
