Stop wasting hours on repetitive data entry. FillAI is an intelligent browser extension that puts your workflow on autopilot. Unlike basic tools, FillAI understands form context—it doesn't just paste text; it intelligently selects dropdowns, toggles radio buttons, and checkboxes. With advanced AI, it even drafts tailored responses for complex prompts. Built to handle shadow-DOMs on ATS/CRMs, it keeps your data private on-device. Stop typing, start submitting with FillAI.

I built FillAI because I hit a breaking point with job applications. I was tired of spending hours 're-typing' my own resume into form after form. Existing autofill tools felt stuck in 2010—they were fine for basic addresses, but they completely collapsed the moment they hit a dropdown, a radio button group, or a custom-coded ATS portal.
I realized we didn't need another 'database matcher'—we needed something that actually understands the web. That’s why I built FillAI with three core pillars:
1. True Contextual Intelligence: Instead of relying on static field mapping, our AI engine scans the page, identifies the actual purpose of a field (even in complex shadow-DOMs like Greenhouse or Lever), and maps your data accordingly.
2. Generative Responses: For those 'Why do you want to work here?' prompts, the extension doesn't just dump your CV into the box. It drafts a professional, context-aware, and tone-matched response tailored to the specific company you're applying to.
3. Privacy by Design: The biggest concern I had as a user was privacy. That’s why your data never hits our cloud; everything—your profile, your work history, and your resume—is encrypted and stored locally on your own machine.
I’m really excited to get this into your hands. I’d love to hear:
What’s the most annoying form you’ve encountered lately that we should optimize for?
Are there any specific ATS platforms (like Workday, etc.) you want us to prioritize for deeper integration?
Thanks for checking us out—can't wait to hear your thoughts!

The on-device privacy angle is a nice touch for anyone dealing with sensitive candidate info on ATS sites. One thing that would make it even more useful for my workflow: let me save conditional field rules per site, so I can map custom answers to specific forms without retraining the model every time.
