Looks like a solid all-in-one setup for small teams. One thing I'd love to see is a shared inbox view where multiple agents can see who's replying to a customer on WhatsApp and email at the same time, with internal notes and assignment status. That would save a lot of duplicate replies during busy hours for clinics and D2C brands handling lots of conversations.
