@danigleba The tool looks great. It will be really helpful for the Youtubers who have a lot of followers. How accurate of the filter? You know that we all do not want to miss any important comments, feedback, and bug reports by accident. What are the filter options users can have to use? Can they customize it? If yes, it will be awesome.

@danigleba Ahah I understand, I had the same considerations but hey, sometimes we've to commit 😄 That said, I found out that GPT3.5 can be really cheap, especially when using the same conversation with a single pre-prompt. I'm curious to know how your handled this part btw!

@clement_mia I just pass the comments to a pre-prompt and use OpenAI's api completions to get an answer in JSON mode. Most YT videos have <1k comments, so that's pretty cheap. But if you run it with thousands of comments, the length of the prompt brings the price up. Not to crazy numbers, but of course, in scale, it would be considerable.

@danigleba yep, I understand. Free below nk comments, payed over nk maybe or something? I'm even getting the paywall for videos with a few comments (watch?v=Jv0g6KJmIG4). You could also warn the user but still run the prompt only for the first n comments so it does not block the user but keeps some kind of limitation. My 2 cents! Well done anyway! :)

@kostyadoronin Thanks! The plan is to add sentiment analysis and improve UX with YT videos. After that, adding other channels like Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, Intercom... And possibly automate everything so that any new comment in any new channel is automatically filtered, stored, organized and summarized.

Hi @shimron_etrnl, Thanks! Now it organizes comments in feedback, bug reports and questions. But targeting social media creators or managers is a great idea! Then, of course, I would add features like positive, negative, etc.

@danigleba When do you anticipate that changes are made accordingly to feedback? (Not to rush or anything haha, just curious) Yes, social media creators and managers are good but the overall marketing team too, since we base alot of our strategy on sentiment! Excited to see the progress of a great product :)

@danigleba Perhaps it can turn into some kind of chart, with % of positive, negative, neutral, question feedback (if that makes sense lol?). That way, it's easy to review and report! I can think of more in due time. If you have twitter, give a follow and I'll keep in touch with you with any other suggestions :)

Hi @lrueger, I use the YouTube API to get all comments in JSON, turn them into text, and send them as part of the prompt to the AI. Which returns in JSON format. It is pretty simple, honestly.
