I’m Sam, the founder of Fee Free Ordering and a restaurant owner who has spent more than 13 years operating an independent pizzeria in Milton, Ontario !

Fee Free Ordering was created because restaurant technology is usually built by large software companies or marketplaces—not by the people actually working inside restaurants every day. One of the areas we focused on most is restaurant menu complexity—especially pizza.

Our pizza and combo builder supports half-and-half pizzas, double pizzas, toppings on the whole pizza or individual halves, shared toppings across combo pizzas, included and premium toppings, crust and size rules, modifier groups, category-wide modifiers and complex meal deals. Although we are optimized as the best pizza system, we are made for and can handle much more and any cuisine, but pizza systems seem to be the most complex ! We can handle and support any menu or restaurant !

Fee Free Ordering is also built for restaurant technology resellers and agencies. Partners can onboard and manage restaurant clients while earning recurring commissions. Our current partner structure starts at 5% and increases to 10% after six paying restaurant clients.
