Have you considered adding a client portal view so your agency can let clients see project progress and approved deliverables without needing full access to the workspace? It would cut down on status update emails and keep everyone on the same page.
@vimeoval Hey! Yep we have a client portal on our Pro plan. We refer to them as "Guest Users" where you can invite your clients as guests and only give them access to certain projects/taskboards/etc. They also have access to a personalized overview dashboard along with our Message center (to your point about cutting out emails) and any documentation shared with them. Permissions were built to be very customizable in FeatureFlight so you can determine exactly what each user can see and do across the site. Thanks for reaching out!
