Inspiration: Every form builder I used felt like it was designed for 2015. Basic fields, clunky interfaces, zero intelligence. I kept thinking - why can't forms be smarter? Why can't they adapt, analyze responses with AI, or handle timed assessments properly? I wanted a form builder I would actually enjoy using. The problems: Three main frustrations: 1) Forms that look identical everywhere - no personality or customization, 2) No built-in intelligence - you collect data but get zero insights, 3) Missing features like proper timers for quizzes/tests, conditional logic that actually works, and modern file handling. FeatherForms tackles all of these Journey to launch: Started with the basics - a clean form builder. But as I used it myself, I kept asking 'what if?' What if forms could analyze sentiment? What if timed quizzes saved progress? What if conditional logic was visual? Each frustration became a feature. The process was very iterative - build, use, improve.
