Fearless lets you reach out to your friends and have them watch over you as you travel. Select the destination and contacts, who will see a live map of your progress and get updates about your trip. Fearless will check your speed, location, headphone’s connection and inactivity. Your friends can react to the trip updates, accordingly. With Fearless, wherever you go, get there safely and fearlessly.
The user who is traveling can do the below -
1. User can start a new trip
a. Enter a destination - exact address or search by name
b. Select Trip Watchers - select from default or list of all contacts to watch over you as you travel.
2. After starting a new trip, user will be taken to chat room
a. User can send messages to the chat group for the trip.
b. Action options for the user:
1. Call Police
2. Complete the trip once you have reached the destination
3. User can click on the Map to get a full screen map.
4. Sticky Notification in the lock screen is created, which contains an Alert button. Once the user clicks on it, the app sends out a notification to the watcher about the alert.
5. The app also monitors the user for the below sensors, if the sensor gets triggered at any point, the app sends out a notification to the watcher about the same. These sensor can be switched off anytime at the settings screen
a. If user's pace increases and user starts running.
b. If user shakes the phone to signal distress.
c. If user's headphones come off the jack.
d. The user becomes inactive/ his phone is switched off.
