I started fasting myself and noticed that most fasting apps felt cluttered. They were filled with ads and overloaded with features that had little to do with fasting. Instead of helping, they ended up distracting me from the habit itself. I wanted something simple, focused, and enjoyable. That is how Fazu came to life.
Fazu is designed to stay true to its purpose. It does not try to do everything or overwhelm you with noise. There are no ads, just a clean experience that helps you stick to your fasting routine. You can choose flexible schedules like 16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or set your own, and track your progress with clear and simple analytics.
The panda mascot was chosen deliberately. Pandas are known for loving food, and many of us who are trying to lose weight struggle with overeating. Instead of judgment or guilt, I wanted a companion that feels compassionate, encouraging, and fun. The panda is there to cheer you on, not pressure you.
Fazu already feels polished and joyful to use, while remaining focused on one thing: helping you build the fasting habit without distractions.
I am building Fazu full time. To keep the app ad free and sustainable, I offer a subscription, with a major portion going toward covering AI service costs. I am also considering a Bring Your Own Key option so users can choose the AI service they prefer.
