Simple Favicon Generator creates favicon PNG files and a multi-size ICO file from a single PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG image. Upload your logo, crop and reposition it if needed, preview the results, and download everything as a ZIP or ICO. Runs entirely in your browser—no uploads, no registration, and your images never leave your device.

Hi everyone!
I built Simple Favicon Generator because I wanted a quick way to create website favicons without installing software or uploading images.
Just upload one image, choose the sizes you need, preview the results, and download PNG files as a ZIP or a multi-size ICO. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your images stay private.
I'd really appreciate your feedback. Is there anything you'd like to see added or improved in a future version? Thanks for checking it out! 🚀

Runs locally is great for privacy, but does it let me tweak or crop the source image before generating the different sizes, or does it just resize it as-is?
Right now, the generator resizes the uploaded image as-is, so it works best with square, well-centered logos or icons.
I'm considering adding a simple crop and reposition feature in a future update so users can fine-tune their source image before generating the favicon sizes, while still keeping the tool fast and easy to use.
I appreciate the suggestion!

@naimeolcayaocy Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve now added a Crop & Position feature, background transparent check box. so you can crop, reposition, and zoom your image before generating the favicon sizes. The tool also supports PNG, JPG, WebP, and SVG input. The same crop is applied to all PNG sizes and the multi-size ICO file. Thanks again for the helpful feedback!
