FastRemote 2.0.4
• For host, command, and variable libraries (including those for MCP), the system now provides group names, full group paths, and hierarchical information. Users can search for hosts by group or filter by subgroups, facilitating tasks such as "connecting to all VPS instances within a specific group."
• Enhanced host and credential editing: The system automatically detects existing authentication methods, allowing users to either modify host-specific credentials directly or select from the credential library. Credential types can be toggled between passwords and private keys.
• Users can now view saved host and credential passwords; if the credential library is locked, the master password must be verified first.
• Standardized focus behavior when creating, editing, or encountering validation errors: the focus is placed on the editable input field with the cursor positioned at the end of the content (existing text is not automatically selected).
• Fixed several UI issues, including the "unlock" button being obscured after an incorrect master password entry, the appearance of empty prompt boxes, improper centering of dialog boxes, and focus restoration issues when closing nested windows (or pressing the ESC key).
• Improved keep-alive mechanisms and connection diagnostic logging for SSH/SFTP.
FastRemote 1.3.1
Fixed an issue where entries for the old version remained after installing a new version on Windows ARM64; improved detection and cleanup of the old version during an overwrite upgrade. Fixed an issue where the publisher was displayed incorrectly in the Windows installer and the "Installed apps" list. Fixed an issue where the AI assistant window appeared too high up when opened as a separate window; it is now centered relative to the main window's content area.
