Hello everyone! 👋 To be completely honest, launching this feels a bit scary. I built this app because I felt something was missing in the way fasting was tracked. Most apps use a “fill the object” style for your current fast. To me, that never really made sense. Fasting is simply a period of not eating. When you do eat, that’s an eating “window.” I wanted a clear timeline of past, current, and upcoming blocks—something that shows progress in a way you can actually see and feel. I started fasting after realizing I don’t feel great when I eat in the morning. It spikes my blood sugar, makes me hungry again, and keeps me stuck in a loop of snacking all day. Since adding fasting into my routine, I’ve been able to stay lean year-round without much extra effort. I hope this app helps you find the same rhythm and supports a healthier, more balanced life.
