What do you think? …

Dropped off when they asked credit card for trial
Daniel Lane

Overall a nice product, I do understand why some people have issues putting in their card info before the free trial starts. However, I received many flight alerts prior to booking my trip. You also need to be realistic with your spending limits, the lower you set it when you sign up, the less likely you will receive alerts.

Pros:

Easy to use interface

Cons:

entering card info before free trial ends.

Liam von Blanckensee

Many people are unhappy you need to enter credit card details to use the product even for a trial, and as such are rating the proudct as terrbile./

Pros:

They send you loads of insanely cheap deals to exactly where you want to leave from in your specified date range

Cons:

You need to wait until the email is sent to view deals

I saved ~$750 on my first flight booked with Faredrop, that paid for the membership 15 times over!

I signed up three weeks ago. Listed Philly and NYC as my home airports. Looking for fares below $1000. I have yet to receive even one single flight offer to Europe, Asia, Africa or Middle East. I will be cancelling as soon as free trial expires.

@magnus_lund this tool doesn't guarantee low fares, it searches for them. So if you haven't received anything, its because fares haven't dropped below 1000, especially if you're trying to travel during peak seasons. You are also trying to fly out of NYC and Philly, two of the most expensive airports in the country. This tool does the work of sifting through dozens of sites for you. Also, you may want to check your spam or junk folder, my initial alerts went there instead of my inbox. just fyi.

UI is basic, some minor stuff like you have to adjust something in order to save your preference (even if you don't want to change the pre-selects).

Pros:

Idea is good

Cons:

For a new (not established) platform to ask for card details and then will automatically charge after 1 month is a huge con for me.

Please can someone tell me how i cancel my subscription? I can't see how to do it? Thank you.
