After a month of late-night coding I just hit Publish on my very first iOS app, Fantasy AI Lens.
✨ What it does
– Snap / upload a selfie → choose Anime, Webtoon, or Chibi → get a brand-new portrait ~20 s later.
– Save it or fire it straight into TikTok & IG Reels to flex your new avatar.
🛠️ How I built it (solo)
– React Native + Expo → fast iterations & OTA updates.
– Replicate for style transfer—no infra pain.
– RevenueCat wired up subs in 2 h (after 4 rejections for tiny Apple-guideline misses 🙃).
🚧 What’s next
– One-tap share to TikTok/IG (no download step).
– Weekly remix contests to keep the feed buzzing.
– New packs: ’90s anime, B/W manga, kawaii pets.
