I'm Alimamy, a solo developer from Sierra Leone. I want to share the real moment that made me build this.
My family group chat was chaos — hundreds of forwarded videos, birthday wishes buried in minutes, and the important conversations? They never happened at all. We were "connected" but not communicating.
One night, I really needed honest advice from my younger brother about a tough personal decision. But every time I tried to ask directly, he'd shrug and say "it's fine" or "I don't know." Not because he didn't care — he was just too shy to speak his mind face-to-face.
So I hacked together a simple link that let him type anonymously. No name, no pressure. What he wrote that night stopped me in my tracks. He told me exactly what I needed to hear, with a kindness I didn't expect. That message changed my decision. And it changed how I thought about family conversations.
