I’m a professional TV editor by day and a developer by night.
Edits often involve producers, directors and editors working through hours of interviews. I’ve always wanted a way for everyone to work independently, without their decisions becoming disconnected from the main edit.
That’s why I built Fabel. It lets people review transcripts and create edits in a browser, then uses AAF to transfer those edits back into professional non-linear editing systems.
I’ve tested it with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro, and I now use it in my own work.

I hope others find it as useful as I do.
