F.O.R.G.E. - Factory Operations and Robotics Guidance Engine is a desktop and mobile app for managing pre-configured AI workers. We use a proprietary management system to keep the AI workforce functional, within budget, scope, and security. It's designed around least privilege, but more importantly, around a language the average business owner can easily understand. We envision giving small-business Enterprise AI departments access to capabilities they wouldn't otherwise afford.

Using an Astra's computer use has significantly improved the speed at which I can create things. Its superior intelligence is perfect for planning, research, and design, as well as code review, art direction, and UI polishing. It is also essential for debugging complex authorization and security challenges. OpenAI is the primary intelligence provider for most of my AI workers. Our always-on flagship security agent, Bastion, uses OpenAI intelligence to monitor, stop, and report cyber threats in the AFS tenant environment.

We believe nearly every business will employ some form of AI workforce by the end of this decade. But in 2026, there’s still a major gap: most agentic AI platforms are built for developers. They assume users understand APIs, permissions, security, tokens, infrastructure, and sometimes even Linux. Most small business owners don’t—and they shouldn’t have to. Many are still personally answering phones, replying to emails, managing finances, scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, and checking voicemail after hours. That represents an enormous missed opportunity. A plumber’s customer with a burst pipe at 7 PM isn’t waiting until 9 AM the next morning. The job often goes to the business that answers. That simple problem is why we built Penny: an always-on AI receptionist that can handle calls when the business can’t. Even if Penny only works after hours, recovering one missed opportunity can justify having her there. Then we asked a bigger question: What else does a small business go without simply because it can’t afford an entire department? A 5-person company usually doesn’t have a 24/7 call center. It probably doesn’t have a dedicated research team, finance department, IT department, or HR staff either. That became the idea behind F.O.R.G.E. Instead of asking small businesses to become AI engineers, we’re building a system that lets them deploy specialized AI workers for specific business functions, manage them from one place, and understand what they’re allowed to do in plain business language. Our goal isn’t to replace a 10-person company with AI. It’s to give that 10-person company access to capabilities that once required a 100-person organization. Enterprise-level operational leverage, built for small businesses.

Hey everyone, I'm building a super easy-to-use operating system for an AI workforce that small business owners can use to transform their operations to match a larger corporation. Instead of letting major corporations erase Main Street with their AI implementation, I wanted to create a tool for a business owner who is still using paper invoices to power their entire operation with AI, have a receptionist that can answer the phones after 5 pm, research prices and competitors, secure their infrastructure, and more.
When I built this product, I wanted to extract as much complexity as possible so that any business owner who knows how to run basic computer programs can take full advantage of the complex harness infrastructure required to run agents, and to make it as easy as possible for the average user to operate, and as easy to train employees how to use it. I built every feature for "Joe's Pizza" in mind. A small shop owner, doing almost everything themselves and making the pies, counting the money at night, making the Facebook posts, and designing their own menus. Could they offer a 24/7 catering ordering service? Why can't they have a tool that builds a website for them, helps them prepare taxes, researches market trends, finds cheaper suppliers, and reaches out to loyal customers? Why can't they have enterprise-grade security monitoring to ensure their systems are always secure? Now they can. We believe AI will be the Great Equalizer if democratized and freely handed to small businesses, owners, founders, entrepreneurs, and creatives to operate as if they were full-blown corporations. That's what F.O.R.G.E. is: security, a small blast radius by giving individual bots roles, separation, all while monitoring for affordability and efficiency. We produce real, measurable outcomes for business owners.

The software integrates with major identity providers, including Microsoft Entra, so employees can be assigned role-based access in line with their organization's policy, granting only the access to the AI workers that are appropriate to their roles. Our goal is to enhance the executives and employees of a small business by providing them with AI tools that help them do their jobs better, faster, more accurately, and with less stress.
