EZlist is a shared shopping list for households. Make a list per store, invite your family or roommates, and everyone adds and checks off items in real time; on iPhone, Android, and the web. Free, no ads, no clutter. It also tracks recurring home-maintenance tasks (filters, batteries, plant care) with reminders.

Hello Product Hunt. I'm the maker of EZlist.
This started with a very ordinary annoyance: sharing a grocery list with my
household. The list lived on one person's phone, the "backup" was a group text
that scrolled away, and we'd still come home with two cartons of milk and no
bread. Notes apps don't sync the way a shared list needs to, and the big list
apps felt heavy for "just tell everyone we need eggs."
So I built EZlist around one idea: one live list your whole household edits.
A list per store (Costco, the pharmacy, the hardware store) so trips stay separate.
Real-time sync: add "coffee" from the kitchen and it's on everyone's phone at the store instantly; check something off and nobody buys it twice.
No fuss: free-form quantities, one-tap add, a clean Shopping Mode for the aisles, and a "to return" list. No mandatory categories, no ads.
Everywhere: iPhone, Android, and the web, and it works offline.
It's since grown a bit: you can also track recurring home-maintenance tasks
(HVAC filters, smoke-detector batteries, plant care) with push/email reminders —
the same "shared household" idea, applied to the stuff that's easy to forget.
It's free, and I'd genuinely love feedback — especially on the sharing flow
and anything that feels missing for how your household shops. Happy to answer
anything in the comments. Thanks for taking a look!

Finally something that does not try to upsell me. The per-store lists feel more useful than I expected, and the recurring task reminders for filters and plants are a genuinely smart touch for a shared household app.
