ezHR: On-premises HRM software built for manufacturers

Hey Product Hunt 👋 We're the team at ONEHR. We built ezHR after seeing how many manufacturing companies in Vietnam struggle with attendance data (multi-shift schedules, split shifts) that doesn't sync cleanly into payroll, plus HR data they aren't allowed to put on a public cloud due to internal security policy. ezHR is deployed on the customer's own server, and covers recruitment, employee records, shift attendance, payroll & benefits, performance/competency evaluation, training, and an employee self-service portal in one system, with OWASP-aligned security and encrypted payroll data. Right now our customers are mostly manufacturing and logistics companies with 100–5,000+ employees.
