My eye doctor told me I should take a break every 20 minutes and look at something far away to keep my eyes healthy. I thought, “Yeah, sure... I’ll totally remember to do that.” Spoiler: I never did. 😂 That’s why I made this program. Every 20 minutes, it pops up with a full-screen reminder to rest your eyes for a minute. Nothing fancy, just a simple nudge that actually works. If you’re stuck on screens all day like me, this is such an easy way to do something good for your eyes without even thinking about it.
