EyeMole is whack-a-mole you play with your eyes. TrueDepth tracks your gaze — stare at a mole and the hammer drops. No tapping, no swiping. The twist: looking is both how you check a hole and how you hit it. A chick pops up sometimes, and staring a beat too long whacks it and costs time. • A gold mole reads your gaze and surfaces in your blind spot • 60-second rounds, combos and a Game Center leaderboard, all by gaze • Face data never leaves your device Free. Needs a Face ID iPhone or iPad.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I wanted to build a game where the input *is* your attention. Not a game you control with your eyes — a game where looking has a cost.
In EyeMole your gaze is the hammer. Stare at a mole and it gets whacked. Simple. But then I added a chick: whack it and you lose time. Now looking at a hole is also how you check what's in it, and the same action does both jobs. You have to glance, decide, and pull your eyes away before you commit. That tension is the whole game, and it doesn't exist with a touchscreen — your finger and your eyes are separate there.
Some details:
👁️ Gaze comes from the TrueDepth camera (Face ID). Five-point calibration, and all face data stays on device — nothing is recorded or uploaded.
🥇 One mole reads where you're looking and surfaces in your blind spot, so you can't just park your eyes in the middle.
🏆 Even the menus and the Game Center leaderboard are operated by gaze. No touch anywhere.
It only runs on Face ID iPhones and iPads — it genuinely cannot be played by touch. Free, solo build.
If you try it: what's your best score in 60 seconds?
