Extrabold Tools is a growing set of browser-based 3D tools for makers, built for speed and customization. Our flagship Gridfinity Generator lets you create custom baseplates, bins, and inserts no Fusion 360, no Blender, no BS. Generate STL files instantly, tweak live previews, and fine-tune dimensions, margins, magnet holes, and more all in the browser. Whether you’re organizing your workshop, optimizing your print bed, or just want a faster way to prototype printable objects.
We built Extrabold Tools because we were tired of overly complex 3D modeling tools that slowed down the creative process. Most makers just want to generate something useful quickly, accurately, and without needing an engineering degree.
What started as a simple Gridfinity baseplate builder is growing into a small ecosystem of tools for hobbyists, designers, and anyone who loves 3D printing. We’re focused on flexibility, speed, and staying out of your way the tool shouldn’t be harder to use than the printer.
