Externalsight helps security teams, founders, and DevOps teams see what attackers can discover about their public domains. Run evidence-backed scans across DNS, TLS, HTTP headers, subdomains, exposed services, cloud exposure, email spoofing, secrets, and threat intelligence — then prioritize fixes with risk scores, remediation steps, alerts, and exportable reports.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m building Externalsight to help teams understand what their internet-facing domains expose before attackers, scanners, or customers notice it.
Many small security teams, SaaS founders, and DevOps teams do not have a simple way to continuously answer questions like:
• What public assets do we expose?
• Are our DNS, TLS, email, and HTTP security controls correctly configured?
• Did a new subdomain, service, admin panel, or sensitive file appear?
• Which findings should we fix first?
Externalsight is a deterministic external attack surface monitoring platform. It scans public domains, captures evidence-backed findings, scores risk, tracks changes over time, and provides remediation guidance and exportable reports.
The goal is not to replace a full enterprise security program. The goal is to give teams a practical, repeatable way to see their external exposure and act on it.
I’d love feedback from security teams, founders, DevOps engineers, and anyone responsible for public domains:
What would make this more useful in your workflow?
Which findings would you want prioritized first?
Thanks for checking it out - happy to answer questions.
