Veronica Grifa
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Veronica Grifa, the Founder and CEO of Exploro. First off, thank you so much for checking out Exploro. Building this app has been an incredible journey, and we’re so excited to share it with you. However, I want to be completely open about where we are and where we need help. So far, growth has been slow. While many users try the app, we’ve noticed they often don’t come back. This has left us wondering: are there critical features or issues making the app less useful, or is it simply the nature of travel (since people don’t travel every day)? We’ve received positive feedback, but we suspect some of it may be sugarcoated. It’s hard to improve without candid insights, so we’re asking for your honest, unfiltered feedback. Is there anything that set you off while trying Exploro? Does it feel incomplete? Or are habits like saving places on Google Maps, Instagram, or TikTok too ingrained to switch to a new tool? We know there are countless features and improvements we need to work on, but we’re not sure which ones are deal breakers for travelers today. Your feedback means the world to us, and we’re here to listen and learn. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. 🙏 Let’s discuss—what would make Exploro a must-have for you? 🌍
Where Am I?
Hey, I like the idea and design, I tried it out it's a good alternative to Google Maps because you can have everything that you need for travel just here, I just wished that the places would be a bit more immersive than only photos, maybe including short videos would make it even greater! :)

@whereamigame, you nailed down exactly the concept we had in mind, i.e. Google Maps specifically tailored for travel, thank you so much for the amazing feedback! ❤️ I totally agree with you on the place screen being a bit flat. We hope we'll get to the point where we could start supporting user generated content to make that more captivating. We have tried to remedy by adding a 'G' button to open the corresponding Google Maps page where you can see more photos and videos but we know it's not the best user experience. If anything else comes to mind please let us know! 🙏
