Hello PH, The ExerGuide is the latest addition to the Trainer+ family. Our goal is to use technology to make fitness an extension of (preventative) healthcare. After making a platform for trainers and their clients, we decided to start focusing on what gyms and organizations needed to help support more people. In our research, we started asking everyone, gym members and people that worked out other places, what they needed to help their fitness program. Most people either said 'exercises' or 'a program to follow'. While we had the latter covered pretty well, we needed something that was easier and more lightweight for people that did not want to track a program or work with a trainer. We had already spent a lot of time figuring out how to make tracking workouts as easy as possible, so we applied the same principles in this app. We filmed a longer explanation for our users if you want to hear more about how and why we built this app:
We really hope you enjoy the app and it works as a companion to find the exercises you need easily.

This started out as an experiment in how we could build out an SDK/library for Trainer+. Once we started, we realized we could easily build an ‘exercise app’ that many people (including me) had been asking for. I'm proud of having developed this product. I hope it can help people to get more fitness support and be more active.
