Yes we’re focused on hospitality and in this sector we’re definitely more innovative than the old platforms where job offers are literally like a pdf description post. We base the job offers on skills and competency requirements, which shifts the focus from years of experience to the performance. We also let premium customers contact candidates directly in chat, exchange files before interview, follow, all inside one system. The highlight however is the business model. We beat month-paid single job offers with the subscription for 10 job offers everyday during the year. This resolves the “seasonal approach” in hospitality and they can post more job offers too
