Turn every guest into your event photographer. They scan a QR code and upload photos + videos from their phone browser, no app, no login. Nothing gets compressed, so every shot comes back in original quality. Show them live on any TV, then download it all after. One-time price. For any event.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 David here from EventPix.photo.
Every event produces hundreds of great photos. Most never make it back to the host. They stay buried in guests' camera rolls, scattered across group chats, or lost in "I'll send it to you" texts that never arrive.
EventPix.photo fixes that in the simplest way I could build:
1. Guests scan a QR code and upload photos + videos straight from their phone browser. No app, no account, no login. If they can take a photo, they can share it.
2. You show everything as a live slideshow on any TV or projector, updating in real time. Someone snaps a photo across the room, and seconds later the whole party watches it land on the big screen, often with a cheer.
3. After the event, you download every shot in one ZIP.
That last part is the piece people underestimate. Unlike texting or a group chat, nothing gets compressed. Every photo comes back at full original quality, exactly as the camera took it.
It works for any event: birthdays, corporate parties, graduations, fundraisers, festivals, weddings. Guests never install anything, so the grandparents and the teenagers both just use it.
A few things I'm proud of: the live slideshow (themes, motion, cinematic transitions) is on every plan, there's a phone-played guest game with a live leaderboard, an optional hosted photo booth, and a licensed music soundtrack so the room has sound instead of silence. One-time price ($19 to $109), no subscription, 14-day money-back guarantee.

I read every message that comes in and I build fast. What would you want to see on the big screen at your event?
Buried in camera rolls is where photos from half the weddings I have been to still sit. Curious about the no compression promise: what does a 300 guest wedding of full-res photos and video add up to in storage on your side?
@vollos Great question. Full-res phone photos land around 3 to 5MB each, so even a heavy 300-guest wedding at a few thousand photos is only 10 to 15GB. Video is what actually moves the needle. A few hundred clips can add another 10 to 20GB depending on length. So a big wedding usually lands somewhere in the 20 to 40GB range total. Our Pro and Premium plans are sized for exactly that, and we keep every original untouched. We do make smaller display copies for the live slideshow and web gallery, but the file the host downloads is the guest's original, full quality.
@davidworx 20 to 40GB for a full wedding is less than I would have guessed, with video doing most of the moving. Smart split running the slideshow off display copies while the download stays original. Thanks for the real numbers, David.
Love the no-app approach and the fact that nothing gets compressed, that is a huge selling point. One thing that would make this even better for weddings and birthdays is letting the host schedule a short automated slideshow to play on the TV during quieter moments like cocktail hour, so guests actually notice the live gallery instead of it sitting on a static screen.
@aykut597715 Thanks! We keep everything full-quality on purpose. They're memories, not disposable posts. And that scheduling idea is smart. The gallery updates in real time on the TV, but a host-set slideshow that fires during cocktail hour so guests actually look up is a great call. Noting it down.
Love that it skips the app entirely, my sister used something like this for her wedding and half the guests gave up downloading. The no compression thing is huge too, hopefully it actually delivers because most platforms kill your photo quality to save bandwidth.
@uleqp36 That's exactly the problem we set out to fix. No app for guests, and the host downloads the original files their guests uploaded, at full resolution with no quality loss. We never re-compress or downscale to save bandwidth, because the memories are the point. Thanks!
