EV Signals helps businesses discover UK commercial EV infrastructure opportunities before they become obvious. We turn planning applications and project data into a clear feed of relevant developments, decision-maker contact details, project context and grid insight. Built for EV charging, electrical, energy, property, fleet and infrastructure teams that want to find potential work earlier, rather than waiting for tenders to appear.

A maps layer would be really useful alongside the feed, something that lets me see clusters of upcoming EV projects across regions at a glance. It would make route planning for site visits and spotting hotspots much faster than scanning a list.
@nehirt3na Thanks Nehir, completely agree. A regional map view with project clusters would make it much easier to spot hotspots and plan site visits efficiently. This is definitely something we’re considering as the platform develops.
Filtering projects by local authority or region would make a big difference for us, especially when planning resource allocation across multiple territories in the UK.
@glayuranlakuti Thanks Gülay, you can filter right down to local authorities in the dashboard already. Makes pinpointing areas with activity easy.
Love how this surfaces project context early, that's the hardest part to track manually. One thing I'd love to see is a saved search with email digests, so I can get a weekly summary of new planning applications matching my filters without having to log in to check. Would save me a ton of time and probably keep me way more engaged with the tool.
@sleymanbayrwcs Thanks Süleyman. Saved searches and personalised email digests would make it much easier to keep track of relevant new opportunities without checking the platform every day. Definitely something on the roadmap.
Would love to see a way to filter the feed by likely project value or scale, since right now the signal strength feels a bit flat and it would help us prioritise where to spend outreach time first.
@gkeksawrsi Thanks Gökçe, that’s a very good point. We’re exploring better ways to communicate likely project scale and commercial significance, so users can quickly prioritise the strongest opportunities rather than treating every signal equally.
The early signal feed is genuinely useful, especially seeing planning applications mapped alongside grid context. Cuts out a lot of manual digging around council portals.
@lkertpgz Really appreciate that, thank you! That’s exactly the problem we built EV Signals to solve — bringing early planning signals and grid context together so teams can spot opportunities without spending hours digging through council portals.
The planning application angle is genuinely smart, most tools start way downstream once projects are already announced. Skimming a few sample leads on the map, the contact details actually line up with the projects, which is the part that usually falls apart in tools like this.
@yldz1734642 Thanks Yildiz, really appreciate this. Surfacing opportunities early is only useful if the project and contact information is genuinely reliable, so we’ve put a lot of effort into connecting each signal to evidence-backed details rather than simply presenting raw planning data.
The planning application angle is genuinely clever - so much EV work gets lost in council portals until tenders drop. Love that you're surfacing decision-maker contacts alongside the project context instead of just dumping raw data.
@nuran37cs Thanks Nuran, exactly the problem we’re trying to solve. Valuable EV activity can sit unnoticed in planning documents for months before it becomes widely visible. We want to surface that context, along with useful contact information, while there is still time to act on it.
