EV Clinic is designed to work with the existing ecosystem used by EV service centers rather than forcing them to replace their current diagnostic tools or OEM software.
The integration approach depends on the availability of APIs or data access provided by each diagnostic tool and OEM system. Where integrations are available, EV Clinic can connect with these platforms to exchange relevant information such as vehicle details, diagnostic reports, service history, and maintenance records.
For systems that do not provide direct API access, we can support alternative approaches such as structured data import/export or custom integration methods to ensure smooth workflow continuity.
The goal of EV Clinic is to provide a centralized operational platform where service centers can manage customers, vehicles, repairs, appointments, and business processes while continuing to use their existing diagnostic infrastructure.
We can evaluate specific diagnostic tools and OEM software currently used by your service centers and define the best integration approach accordingly.
The EV-focused job card flow is genuinely useful, cuts out a lot of the guesswork we deal with in mixed shops. Surprised how clean the inventory side feels too.

When building EV Clinic, our goal was to create a platform that understands the specific needs of EV service centers — from managing repair workflows and vehicle service history to improving operational visibility.
We designed the job card system to reduce manual tracking and make it easier for service teams to manage diagnostics, repairs, parts usage, and service updates in a structured way. The inventory module was also built with simplicity in mind, helping teams keep better control over parts and day-to-day service requirements.
