Does this account for Etsy's new fee structure changes automatically, or do you have to manually update the percentages whenever Etsy tweaks them?
@kakuoglu53155 Hi, Eda, great question! Graav doesn't pull percentages automatically. You enter (or import) your actual numbers directly from your Etsy statement each month (revenue, fees, ads, etc.), so it always reflects exactly what Etsy charged you, not an estimate based on assumed rates. That means fee changes get captured automatically the moment they show up in your statement, without any changes needed on our end.
finally something that actually shows the offsite ads hit, not just the listing fee. punched in a few of my recent orders and yeah, way lower than I thought.
@salimelikozixr That offsite ads fee is the one that really gets people. It's 12-15% on top of everything else and Etsy really buries it. Glad it's clicking for you!
