Hi, I'm Adam Patti. I founded ETFIQ.
I've worked in the ETF industry since 2002. It has grown up, and become much harder for investors to understand, and the data hasn't kept up. ETFIQ is a free research site for about 5,000 US-listed ETFs. No paywalls, no issuer ads. Every number is dated and sourced to SEC filings or the issuer, and the data is free to reuse with attribution.
Two things you should know. First, I am also CEO of VistaShares, an ETF issuer. ETFIQ is a separate company. VistaShares pays ETFIQ nothing and owns no part of it, and VistaShares funds get the same treatment as every other fund.
Second, the AI assistant (askIQ) answers from ETFIQ's own data with the evidence shown. The IQ Investment Committee reviews a fund against 11 investing philosophies and an ETFIQ Skeptic. It does not give investment advice.
