Estalio: The operating system for hospitality operations

I built Estalio after seeing the same challenge among people in my network who manage apartments and short-term rentals through platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. They were running real hospitality businesses, but struggling with everyday operations — reservations, availability, housekeeping, maintenance, teams, expenses and all the small tasks that quickly become difficult to coordinate. Most of them don’t have the resources or need for the complex systems used by large hotels. But spreadsheets, messages and disconnected tools aren’t enough either. That’s where the idea for Estalio came from: a hospitality operating system accessible enough for a small host or operator, but built to scale as the business grows.
