Hi @mikhail_suntsov , thanks for your effort to build this app, indeed it is useful for startup and small businesses that they have budget limitations to purchase expensive licenses for similar platforms... Just wondering about the security and compliance, Are permissions and role-based access supported for teams? What about data encryption and protection? and what about compliance with data privacy standards such as GDPR? Thank you!
@ali_hamieh Yes, role-based access control is supported – each user can be assigned one or multiple roles with specific permissions. We follow strict security practices: client data and CRM files are encrypted with AES-256, with encryption keys stored separately from the data on different servers. Each account has its own unique encryption key. Regarding compliance, we aim to meet GDPR requirements, and our encryption and data handling practices are also designed to align with HIPAA standards.
