So we built a step-by-step calculator grounded in data from 500+ real Dynamics 365 deployments. Over iterations, we added modules for integrations, deployment type, and timeline — because those are the hidden variables that blow budgets. We also added the "hidden costs" section after noticing clients consistently got surprised by things like post-go-live hypercare and ISV subscriptions. The goal shifted from just generating a lead to genuinely educating the buyer first.
