Equalithon (Hackathons for Equality)

Equalithons are inclusion labs to showcase women, people of color, LatinX and LGBTQ+ tech talent. Our mission-driven hackathons provide an opportunity to build real-world solutions and get hired based on their skillset and mindset, not their credentials. Hugo Seureau and I are co-CEO and co-founders with experience in HR, tech, workforce development, Veteran hiring initiatives, and diversity and inclusion. We organize Equalithons as a way to support talented innovators as well as create community based experiences that address gender and racial equality and social and environmental challenges.
