Eonebill is an AI-powered invoice management platform built for freelancers, independent contractors, and small business owners in the United States. Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Grace, the maker of Eonebill.
I built Eonebill because I was frustrated with the tedious process of manual invoicing. I realized that valuable time was being wasted on filling out forms instead of doing actual work.
That led to a simple idea: What if you could just "tell" an AI what to bill, and it handled the rest?
Eonebill allows you to generate professional invoices using simple natural language descriptions. No more data entry—just describe, preview, and send.
I’m excited to share this with you all today. I would love to hear your feedback and answer any questions you might have!
Thanks for checking it out! 🚀
Report
I run a small web design studio and invoice 15-20 clients a month. Before Eonebill, I was copying line items from Slack threads and emails into spreadsheets, then reformatting everything in Google Docs. It took me 20+ minutes per invoice.
With Eonebill, I literally paste the project notes into the AI input and it pulls out the client name, line items, hours, and totals automatically. My first invoice took about 30 seconds — I just described the work in plain English and got a clean, professional PDF ready to send.
What actually impressed me:
• The AI parsing is surprisingly accurate. I pasted a messy email thread with multiple revisions and it correctly extracted the final agreed scope and pricing.
• Stripe integration works seamlessly — clients click "Pay" on the invoice and it's done. I'm getting paid 3-5 days faster on average.
• The email tracking is a nice touch. I can see exactly when a client opens the invoice, which saves me from sending awkward follow-up emails too early.
• 70+ templates that actually look professional, not the generic ones you find everywhere else.
The free plan gives you 6 invoices which is enough to properly test it. I upgraded to Basic ($9.99/mo) after the second week because the time savings alone justified it.
Two things I'd love to see added: PayPal integration alongside Stripe, and a dedicated mobile app (the mobile web version works fine, but a native app would be faster). The team mentioned both are coming soon.
If you're a freelancer or small business owner who hates the invoicing part of the job, this is the tool that finally makes it painless. The "describe your work, get an invoice" approach is genuinely different from anything else I've tried.
