A macOS desktop widget, styled as a printed receipt, that rebuilds everything you got done today from files already on your Mac. Local-first, no API keys.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I could never remember what I'd actually done by the time standup came around. I'd scroll back through git log, dig through tabs, and still miss half of it.
The annoying part: the answer was already sitting on my disk. My Claude Code and Codex transcripts knew what I'd worked on. Git knew what I shipped. My browser history knew where the afternoon went.
EOD just reads those files and prints the day as a receipt.
It's a small macOS desktop widget, styled as thermal paper, that floats on your wallpaper. Glance at it and you see the day grouped by project, then hit Copy and paste it straight into a standup, timesheet, or task sheet.
There's a weekly recap too, one keystroke from the menu bar.
Local-first. No API keys, no telemetry, no account. It reads files already on your Mac and writes a receipt to its own cache folder. The one exception is an optional polish step that runs through your existing claude CLI login
if you have one, and falls back to fully offline cleanup if you don't.
Needs Hammerspoon and python3, both free and probably already on your Mac.
About three minutes to install. MIT licensed.
What other sources would you want on the receipt? Calendar, Linear, Slack?
