Enjour is a personal energy journal. Log food, thoughts, and relaxation with a quick energy rating before and after. Each log takes under 30 seconds. No calorie counting. No macro targets. Just one question: did this give me energy, or take it? AI powered by Anthropic Claude surfaces patterns in your own data. What boosts your energy. What drains it. Why the same meal can leave you energised one day and flat the next. Free on iOS. Android coming soon.

How does it handle delayed effects? For example, sweets give a quick lift, but the crash ( feeling sleepy, tired) comes an hour later, after you've already logged the boost. Curious whether that later dip can also be logged
@alieksia Great question! You can log multiple entries — one right after the sweets (the lift) and another an hour later when the crash hits. Each entry captures your energy at that moment, so over time Enjour's AI starts connecting the dots — sweets → short boost → crash pattern. The 'before energy' of your next entry is essentially your crash. The more you log, the clearer the pattern becomes!
@rishi_raj_mohta Thank you, that makes sense
love how quick the logging is, 30 seconds is real not a marketing line. caught a pattern my morning coffee actually drains me after 90 minutes which i never would have noticed on my own.
@remziyedin3h8y thank you for your comment. The 90-minute coffee window is exactly the kind of thing no one notices without data. Really glad Enjour caught it for you!
